financial, and medical professionals who are able to provide vital, accurate
information concerning immigration, personal finance, income taxes, and
medical care. Internationals are also provided with a variety of
opportunities for friendly cultural exchanges, such as coffeehouses,
organized sightseeing trips, inter-faith dialogue, sports activities, and
